Program Fees & Accommodations

Admission into Pillar of Hope Residence requires a commitment to accountability, personal growth, and structure. Our fee structure reflects the administrative support and the level of accommodation provided. All fees are strictly non-refundable.

Our Strict Non-Refundable Policy

01
Immediate Resource Allocation Both the $350 Onboarding Fee and all Monthly Program Fees are completely non-refundable under any and all circumstances.
02
Why Onboarding is Non-Refundable This fee immediately covers the administrative costs of background screenings, intake processing, and your participant supply kit.
03
Why Program Fees are Non-Refundable Our program spots are strictly limited. When you pay your monthly program fee, that specific shared or private placement is locked in and taken completely off the market for you. Because we turn away other applicants to hold your spot, no refunds or prorated amounts are given if you choose to leave the program early or are administratively discharged for rule violations.
04
Program Status Pillar of Hope Residence operates strictly as a structured program, not a traditional rental property. All payments are program participant fees, not rent.
⚠️
Program Accountability Notice

Pillar of Hope Residence operates strictly as a structured independent living program, not a traditional residential lease or landlord-tenant agreement. All payments (including onboarding and monthly placement fees) are program participant fees and are 100% non-refundable. Absolute compliance with community guidelines, structure, and accountability policies is mandatory for continued program enrollment.
